About The Role
* Deliver high-quality engineering designs across Overhead Lines, Underground Lines, and Distribution Substation Projects
* Design & draft Transmission and Underground Lines for major projects
* Attend sites as required, bringing your expertise to the field
* Review project scopes and provide recommendations to improve constructability and cost efficiency
* Apply industry standards and Safety in Design guidelines
* Manage designs effectively across projects of varying complexity, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality
* Identify innovative solutions to enhance team efficiency and project outcomes
What We Re Looking For
* Proven experience in Distribution & Transmission Design projects
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Knowledge of Safety in Design practices
* Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) or equivalent
* RPEV accreditation is a plus
* Proficient in AutoCAD drafting
* Experience with Revit and NEARA is beneficial, but not essential
