About The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to become a key advisor on the real estate legal requirements for Australia's and Asia-Pacific's largest property portfolios and infrastructure projects.
Working closely with multiple Partners, you will support with the provision of front-end legal services to our Real Estate & Projects clients and will have the opportunity to manage matters relating to acquisitions and disposals, leasing, development, and environment and planning.
Responsibilities
o End to end file management of real estate and project matters including leasing and non-complex contracts of sale
o Draft, review, negotiate and advise on relevant documents
o Due diligence on large acquisitions or real estate merger and acquisition transactions
o Research and draft advices
o Coach and mentor seasonal clerks and graduates
About You
o Suitable applicants will be 2-5 years PAE
o Training and experience gained in a mid/top-tier law firm or in-house is preferred
o A current practising certificate for NSW
o Front end experience principally in real estate and projects
o Proven decision making and problem-solving ability
o Demonstrated time management and organisational skills
o An ability to influence and manage conflict with a diplomatic and consultative approach
o Demonstrate the ability to build strong working relationships
o Strong team collaboration skills with an ability to lead by example
o A passion for providing a high level of customer service
o Strong attention to detail
o A desire to learn and develop new skills
