We are offering an exciting opportunity for a full-time Conveyancing Paralegal based in our Bundall office. You will be experienced in all aspects of residential conveyancing acting for both sellers and buyers, with a keen focus on customer service. While having the autonomy to run your own files (no micromanaging), you will be working along side our existing conveyancing team with close access to our Principal (with an open door policy).
We are looking for someone with a keen interest in conveyancing, who values working within a genuinely supportive team and is confident in their conveyancing skills. A fully stocked staff kitchen, barista coffee machine and personal on-site car park are just some of the perks you will enjoy!
Your responsibilities will include:
* Contract reviews/drafting for prospective clients;
* Handling of residential sale and purchase conveyances;
* Liasing with relevant stakeholders including real estate agents, solicitors, mortgage brokers and financial institutions;
* Preparing settlement calculations;
* Managing your PEXA settlement workspaces;
* Preparing and lodging QRO documents & Transfer Duty;
* Finalising files after settlement; and
* Dealing with post settlement queries

We are looking for someone who has:
* A-Z conveyancing experience (from contract review/drafting through to settlement);
* Experience with PEXA;
* A proactive, can-do attitude;
* Excellent customer service;
* Thorough attention to detail;
* Great organisational and time management skills;
* Ability to multitask, prioritise and work under pressure; and
* The motivation to be part of a high performing team.
