About the Role
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
* Delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing a high level of customer service and ensuring that all guests have a positive stay.
* Front Office administration, including managing bookings, handling customer inquiries, and processing payments.
* Maintenance tasks across all park assets and facilities, including upkeep of grounds and gardens.
* Safely operating equipment and machinery, and performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure the Park is compliant with all safety and brand standards.
* Daily park operational tasks, including up to 4 nights per week on call, to ensure the smooth operation of the park.
