About the Role As the Assistant Accounts Officer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our client's financial processes run smoothly. You’ll assist with accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, payroll support, and general finance administration. Key Responsibilities Process invoices and payments Reconcile bank and credit card statements Maintain accurate financial records Assist with payroll and employee expense claims Support month-end reporting Respond to finance-related queries Provide general administrative support to the finance team What We’re Looking For Previous experience in a finance or accounts support role Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Xero, QuickBooks) Excellent communication and time management skills A team player with a proactive attitude Qualifications Certificate III or IV in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or related field (or currently studying) Full working rights in Australia Why Join Us?
