The Role
We are looking for Chefs of all levels, Cook, Commis Chef, Demi Chef & Chef De Partie,to join the Anyday team for multiple venues. This is an opportunity to be part of a new venue's opening team, contributing to a dynamic kitchen focused on creativity, consistency, and quality. You will work across prep and service to deliver high-standard dishes, support section organisation, and collaborate with the team to maintain a respectful, efficient kitchen environment.
* Previous experience in a quality-driven kitchen environment
* Confidence in mise en place, service flow, and section organisation
* Ability to follow recipes, plating guides, and kitchen systems
* Commitment to food safety, hygiene, and WHS compliance
* A positive, collaborative approach with strong communication skills
* Drive to learn, grow, and support the development of others
* Formal cookery qualifications highly regarded
