The Role: NES Consultant (RTW focus)
You'll work with injured jobseekers and new employers to drive sustainable return-to-work outcomes—while being supported by a genuinely collaborative and passionate team.
What you'll be doing:
* Delivering high-quality New Employer Services (NES)
* Working with jobseekers, insurers, and host employers to support RTW goals
* Conducting assessments, vocational counselling, and job placement activities
* Building strong networks with employers and community providers
* Contributing to job dictionary and injury prevention projects (optional)
* Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team (EPs, OTs, RCs, Psychs)
What You'll Bring:
* NES experience within occupational rehab (preferred)
* Passion for helping people return to meaningful employment
* Great relationship-building and stakeholder skills
* AHPRA, ASORC, or ESSA registration (required)
* VIC-based, with travel as needed
