Asphaltech is seeking a Junior Civil Engineer to support our asphalt construction and surfacing operations across Victoria.
This is a hands-on, site-based role providing exposure to asphalt paving works, quality assurance, construction planning and operational delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Support asphalt construction crews and supervisors on-site
* Assist with daily site coordination and work planning
* Support QA activities, including post-compaction testing and compliance documentation
* Assist with program tracking, quantities and productivity monitoring
* Support safety, environmental and quality requirements across sites
About You
* Degree qualified (or near completion) in Civil Engineering
* Keen to build site-based construction experience
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Comfortable working in an operational, outdoor environment
* Proactive and willing to learn
