Responsibilities
* Provide consistent high quality general and deep cleans to the Sydney and NSW Customer Experience Centres and Stabling Yards.
* Play a key part in ensuring Sydney Trains delivers on its strategic objective of improving customer satisfaction and cleanliness levels across services.
* Support the cleaning of trains at Maintenance Yards as part of a full‐time 24‐hour rotating roster, primarily during night work.
* Execute tasks that meet safety standards and exceed customer service expectations.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Self‐motivated with a strong commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in everyday duties.
* Safety conscious, with the ability to follow established safety procedures.
* Willing and able to commit to a 24‐hour a day, 7‐day a week rotating roster, including early mornings, late nights, evenings and weekends.
* Full‐time or part‐time availability for both permanent and temporary positions.
* For permanent positions in the NSW Public Sector, must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident and at least 18 years of age.
Schedule and Location
Full‐time, 24‐hour rotating roster with early mornings, late nights, evenings and weekends. Positions available across the Newcastle, Hamilton, Boro, and Gosford region.
