We're looking for a hands-on Store Manager to lead our team and grow our business.What You'll DoLead, motivate, and support staff to deliver an outstanding in-store experience.Drive purpose-driven sales and build lasting customer relationships.Keep store processes and systems running at their best.Take initiative to solve problems quickly and keep things on track.Maintain a welcoming environment where animals and their humans feel secure and nurtured.Be tech-savvy with POS, Shopify, subscriptions, and loyalty platforms (or learn quickly).
