Range of free fruit and snacks available Being part of a global, innovative organisation WHAT YOU’LL DO: You will be required to maintain a vibrant, proactive approach in your daily administrative tasks, which will include: Processing Timesheets Mobilisation of blue-collar trades to various mine sites Coordinate training, medicals according to site specific requirements Maintenance and management of employee training files and matrix Booking and reconciliation of travel and accommodation Raising requisitions and receipting invoices Maintaining equipment compliance registers ABOUT YOU: Prior experience in a similar role Experience within the mining industry will be highly regarded Ability to work autonomously Quality and attention to detail Energetic and positive attitude to problem solving Competent in Microsoft Office applications Willingness to fit into a friendly, collaborative workplace that rewards hard work WHY AMPCONTROL?
