Lancemore Lindenderry Red Hill is seeking an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Manager to lead one of the Mornington Peninsula's most recognised boutique hotel dining and events operations.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strong operational leader to oversee a diverse and dynamic F&B offering across conferencing, weddings & events, restaurant dining, cellar door experiences, and in-room guest service, while playing a key role in shaping the next phase of the hotel's growth and guest experience journey.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role is responsible for leading all Food & Beverage operations across the property, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strong commercial performance, and a positive, high‐performing team culture.
