This is a full time opportunity based across multiple sites in Adelaide. You are a WHS professional who understands the complexities of clinical risk, infection control, and patient care environments.We're looking for someone to work closely with the executive team, other leaders and staff to embed a culture of safety and wellbeing. Your responsibilities will include managing WHS risks across operations, partnering with teams to review, develop and implement WHS strategies tailored to innovative healthcare settings.You will also manage risk assessments, incident management and root cause analysis. Additionally, you'll provide specialist advice and management of fleet, ensuring vehicles are safe, compliant, and fit for purpose.Key qualifications include a degree in WHS, Nursing, Allied Health or a related clinical discipline. You should have extensive experience in a WHS role within a healthcare/clinical setting.A strong understanding of safety legislation, infection control, and clinical governance is essential. Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders across all levels is also required.Deliver targeted training and education to clinical and non-clinical staff.
