Fogarty Partners is a boutique Chartered Accounting, Taxation and Business Advisory practice based in Subiaco. We specialise in providing personalised accounting, tax and business advisory services to a diverse range of clients.

Our focus is to deliver our clients with a first rate, personalised service.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Services Assistant to join our team for 4 – 5 days per week. This role is ideal for someone with at least one year of experience working in an accounting practice who is looking to develop their career in professional services administration or client services.

You will work closely with senior staff to support the day-to-day operations of the firm while helping deliver a high standard of client service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

* Company and trust formations
* Maintaining and updating client databases
* Processing ASIC annual company statements
* Managing ASIC changes and lodgements
* Business name registrations and renewals
* Assisting with the collation of tax returns and financial statements
* Supporting the billing process through invoicing and ensuring timely and accurate client billing
* General administrative duties including word processing, data entry, spreadsheets and assisting with ad hoc tasks and projects

About you

* Minimum 1 year of experience in ASIC lodgement processes and procedures
* You are reliable, hands-on and energetic about your role
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* High level of initiative and attention to detail
* The ability to think critically
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
* Highly proficient in MS Office programs (especially Word and Excel)
* Australian work rights are required for this position
