About the Role
The Project Lead oversees all project management frameworks for assigned bids and projects, across the entire project lifecycle.
* Detailed review of project scope, schedule, quality requirements defined in the project, and financial performance.
* Monitoring and reviewing key performance indicators (KPIs), implementing changes as required, addressing variations to planned performance.
* Preparing project reporting documentation on a weekly and monthly basis, presenting project performance metrics and outcomes as needed.
* Supporting business HSSE requirements, participating in proactive safety measures and improvement initiatives.
Desired qualifications include technical trade or tertiary qualification in electrical engineering, Certified Practicing Project Manager (CPPM) or equivalent experience, excellent communication skills, and strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
