Wonthaggi Hospital services the Bass Coast and South Gippsland shire communities and offers a range of services, including Pathology, Acute Ward, Radiology, Theatre and Maternity. The Imaging Associates team has recently been awarded the contract to provide radiology services and seek a highly qualified and dedicated radiography team to deliver imaging services across X-ray, CT, MRI and Mammography.
Locum/Casual- General X-Ray & CT Radiographer, on-site at Wonthaggi Hospital
The Imaging Associates team is excited by the opportunity to provide radiology services to the community in this region and seek to engage a highly qualified and dedicated radiography team providing a range of high-quality imaging services.
We are looking to recruit a Locum Radiographer with General X-Ray & CT Experience (MRI skills would be a bonus) to join our team. CT and X-Ray are offered 7-days a week with the opportunity to participate in an on-call roster from Feb to May. This also presents a unique opportunity for you to contribute to significant growth ahead & to fast-track your training into modalities you are not yet proficient in.
You'll be working collaboratively with our Radiologists, technicians, and clinical staff to ensure that our radiology service offering is provided in a professional, respectful, and compassionate way to our patients.

To Thrive In This Role, You Will Have
Bachelor of Medical Imaging, AHPRA registration Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with and put patients at easeStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomesExperience working autonomously and part of a teamPrevious experience working with Philips General X-ray and CT equipment would be ideal, although happy to train.Unrestricted working rights (Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident)
