We are partnering with a well-established and growing residential builder to recruit a Customer Service Officer to join their Norwest-based team. This role is ideal for someone with strong administration skills who enjoys working closely with customers, consultants, and internal stakeholders throughout the contracts and pre-construction phase.
You will be responsible for supporting clients from contract signing through to construction readiness, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
About the Role:
* Acting as the main point of contact for clients during the contracts and pre-construction stage
* Preparing, issuing, and administering building contracts and documentation
* Coordinating variations, specifications, and approvals (DA, CDC, CC)
* Liaising with internal departments, consultants, and external stakeholders
* Managing customer enquiries via phone and email with a high level of professionalism
* Ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of all documentation
* Maintaining CRM and internal systems with up-to-date information
About you:
* Previous experience in customer service, administration, contracts, or pre-construction (residential construction experience highly regarded)
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Confident communication skills and a customer-first approach
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
* A proactive, team-oriented attitude
