What You’ll Do
Lead daily operations across sales, service, parts, and finance departments
Drive profitability and operational efficiency
Build and maintain a strong, motivated team
Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and brand representation
Manage inventory, vendor relationships, and manufacturer programs
Monitor KPIs and financial performance
Uphold company values and maintain compliance standards
What We’re Looking For
Proven leadership in a retail automotive or powersports dealership (5+ years preferred)
Deep knowledge of the Harley-Davidson, Can-Am, or Sea-Doo market is a major plus
Strong business acumen and financial management skills
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities
Passion for riding and a customer-first attitude
