Job Description
As a Customer Partnerships Manager in PageGroup's NSW business, you will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team and Operations to identify and expand key accounts within Financial Services and Consumer businesses. Reporting to the Head of Customer Partnerships, you will work to deliverables around new key accounts, key account growth, and referred revenue.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue New Business opportunities to expand the client base within the NSW market, across both SMB and enterprise clients, specifically within FS and Consumer verticals
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives
Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring outstanding Customer Experience and in turn retention and growth across all business lines
Using data and insights to add value to key customers within the portfolio
Using market research and industry trends to identify new business opportunitiesCollaborate with internal stakeholders to tailor solutions to meet customer needs and exceed expectations
Provide quarterly account reviews for key customers
Provide updates and reporting to senior leadership team on sales performance, market insights and growth opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications.
The Successful Applicant
Successful Applicant
Proven experience in business development, account management or client relationship management.
A strong understanding of the recruitment or professional services industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
A proactive and results-driven approach to work
