Aged Care Nursing Opportunities Available

About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse with Bupa Aged Care, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes. You will also have the opportunity to participate in our Graduate Program, designed to consolidate your clinical skills and leadership capability in a structured, supportive and caring environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality care to residents, promoting their physical, emotional and social well-being
* Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain and enhance your clinical skills

Requirements:
* AHPRA registration as a Div 1 Registered Nurse – Essential
* Ability to work as part of a tight-knit team and delegate effectively
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong understanding of Resident Rights, and Aged Care Accreditation Standards and their Outcomes
