The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and demonstrate an ability to be flexible while completing adhoc administrative duties. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following key standards: To provide outstanding levels of administrative support to the daily operations of a large freighting company Have high level of accuracy and attention to detail with data entry tasks Demonstrate high level of organisation skills and managing priorities calmly Have a high level understanding of clerical duties Previous experience in Transport and Logistics an advantage but not essential To present oneself in a positive and professional manner at all times. To aim to build strong and positive business relationships with customers and end users. Can create promotion signage for fund raising and special events each month Set up board room for meetings, ensure all resources are available and take minutes where applicable To co-operate by willingly participating and supporting team decisions, being a good team player.
