Cyber Security Analyst
, you'll play a critical role in a Security Operations Centre (SOC), working closely with colleagues to protect complex environments and ensure resilience against evolving threats.
You will:
* Monitor and analyse security events across diverse systems
* Detect, triage, and respond to incidents in real time
* Apply frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK to identify adversary techniques
* Collaborate with engineers and senior analysts to refine detection rules and improve resilience
* Conduct proactive sweeps and vulnerability assessments
What We're Looking For
* NV1 security clearance
(essential)
* Experience in SOC, incident response, or Cyber Defence roles
* Strong knowledge of SIEM/EDR platforms and network security fundamentals
* An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret logs and correlate events
* Clear written and verbal communication skills for reporting and stakeholder engagement
* Security certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP) are highly regarded
