We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to fill the position of Warehouse Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of warehouse operations.
Your duties will include:
* Performing accurate data entry and maintaining inventory records
* Supporting administration functions such as filing, purchasing, reporting, and correspondence
* Coordinating stocktakes, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation
* Managing the ordering, receipt, and return process of goods and assets
* Supporting asset disposal and procurement processes within policy guidelines
* Delivering professional customer service to internal stakeholders and external partners
To succeed in this role, you will need to have experience in administration related to inventory, procurement, or logistics, along with working knowledge of inventory systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills are also essential. A Certificate III or IV in Business Administration would be desirable but not essential.
