We are currently recruiting Software Engineers to join our business and to support our business. As our team grows, additional roles will become available so whether you are looking for a new role in the short or medium term, we’d love to hear from you.
As a Software Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
1. Building high-quality software that complies with coding standards and technical design.
2. Regular liaison with clients and external stakeholders to clarify requirements and define system functionality.
3. Software Development.
4. Designing and documenting of software solutions to Defence.
5. Taking ownership of your work throughout entire software development lifecycle.
6. Identifying and resolving of software defects and performance issues.
To be successful in the role of a Software Engineer, you will need to bring with you:
7. Demonstrated in some or all of the following languages Java Python C/C++ JavaScript (Including frameworks: Angular, Vue, React)
8. Experience throughout the whole Software Development Lifecycle, from preliminary system analysis to tests and deployment.
9. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
10. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
11. Confidence and self-motivation.
