Maintenance Team Lead
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about safety, inclusion, and high performance.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the maintenance team to improve availability and production of the plant. They will also be responsible for planning and monitoring to ensure accurate monthly spend forecasts and meeting specific maintenance KPI's.
This role requires a strong technical background and experience in leading a technical team. The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Engineering or relevant industry experience and SSE qualifications or the ability to obtain.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the maintenance team to improve availability and production of the plant.
2. Plan and monitor to ensure accurate monthly spend forecasts.
3. Meet specific maintenance KPI's.
