As we continue to expand our growth in the Hunter Valley, due to an internal move we are looking for a Property Manager with a solid customer service background to oversee all aspects of portfolio management and nurture long term client relationships. You will be supported by our Head of Property Management, other Property Managers, a Business Development Manager and Property Officer.
What we are looking for
* Proven experience in a similar role
* Excellent organisational an time management skills with an attention to detail
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills used to build positive relationships
* Proficiency with property management software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools

* Knowledge of current legislation
