Administration Officer – NDIS

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administration Officer to support the day-to-day operations of our NDIS services. This role is essential in ensuring smooth administrative processes, accurate record-keeping, and professional communication with participants, staff, and external stakeholders.
The successful candidate will support compliance, scheduling, documentation, and general office administration within a fast-paced disability services environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support across NDIS service delivery operations
* Manage phone calls, emails, and enquiries from participants, families, and stakeholders
* Maintain accurate participant and staff records in line with NDIS and privacy requirements
* Assist with onboarding and offboarding of staff, including documentation and compliance checks
* Support rostering, scheduling, and coordination of support services
* Prepare correspondence, reports, and general documentation
* Maintain filing systems (electronic and hard copy)
* Support compliance activities, including audits, incident documentation, and reporting
* Ensure confidentiality and professional handling of sensitive information
* Work collaboratively with management, support workers, and external providers
Essential Requirements
* Previous experience in an administration or office support role (NDIS or healthcare sector highly desirable)
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and administrative systems
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable Requirements
* Experience working within the NDIS or disability sector
* Understanding of NDIS terminology, processes, and compliance requirements
* Experience with rostering, CRM, or client management systems
* Certificate III or IV in Business Administration (or similar)
Mandatory Requirements
* National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Working With Children Check (as applicable)
* NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Right to work in Australia
