Set to re-open it's door on September 1 is the second posting of an internationally renowened, U.S based restaurant and bar, inspired by the infamous parties on the L.A Sunset Strip. Our guests come in groups for the music, stay for the socializing and incredible drinks. This venue is not overly opulent, but comfortable and plush, with attentive, highly personal service. Did we mention there's a pool? Pretty cool
**Duties & Responsibilities include**:
- Build a strong relationship with all key stakeholders, being guests, Team Members and patrons
- Manage and lead team members to ensure efficient and effective daily operations
- Ensure a consistent high level of service is delivered by all team members by knowing what matters
- Mentoring and development of Team Members within the property and drive a positive team culture
- Ensure the restaurant presentation is of the highest standard at all times
- Working a rotating roster of Breakfast and Dinner shifts, 7 days a week.
**The ideal applicant will have**:
- Previous food and beverage experience, management and leadership experience desired
- An ambition to forge a career in hospitality
- A passionate focus on guest service and exceeding expectations
- Excellent grooming and presentation skills
