Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Corporate Initiatives and Advocacies Division Manager, Corporate Initiatives and Advocacies Division, the successful candidate is expected to monitor the process flow implementation of assigned CIAD projects; to provide full support for the timely and smooth delivery of projects to beneficiaries by coordinating with other functions, internal and external to the company, following widely accepted protocols and monitoring of processes involved to hasten implementation and prevent or resolve conflict in the process.
Process Development and Monitoring of CIAD Programs
* Monitors overall implementation of the projects in line with project deliverables;
* Facilitates consolidated reports that include project milestones, risks, benefits and cost summary of programs;
* Ensures proper guidance on administrative and logistics mobilization in the implementation of projects; and
* Ensures submission of accurate and validated reports/data/information, as applicable, to projects handled and ad hoc programs.
Field Coordination and Establishment of Partnership for CIAD Programs
* Promotes and maintains linkage with functions external to the company and ensure that projects draw support from critical stakeholders, including but not limited to, LGUs and host communities;
* Conducts meetings to beneficiaries and partners along with CIAD officers and implementing group to properly orient them on the program's objectives, timeline and address issues/concerns regarding the project; and
* Ensures submission of accurate and validated reports/data/information, as applicable, to projects handled and ad hoc programs.
Safety and Quality Compliance
Ensure that activities are fully compliant with NGCP safety/quality standards.
* Complies with applicable regulations and NGCP standards on safety and quality.
* Strives for the continuous improvement of NGCP processes necessary for the achievement of corporate objectives.
* Upholds corporate policies and guidelines
Requirements:
* Graduate of any 4‐year related course
* 2 years relevant experience
* Proficient in written and oral communications, fast learner
