We are expanding our team and currently looking for a Casual Cosmetic / Practice Nurse with a genuine passion for skin health, aesthetic treatments, and patient connection to join our close-knit and supportive team.
Alternatively, we would consider separating the roles for the right candidates.
This role has a strong focus both on cosmetic and dermal skin therapies, as well as working in our treatment room with a focus on skin cancer treatments. Previous experience in Dermoscopy and/or Dermal Therapy would be a definite advantage.
About the Role
This position is ideal for a nurse who loves building relationships with patients and guiding them through their skin journey — whether that’s corrective treatments, aesthetic procedures, wounds and minor surgeries or long-term skin health support.
You will play an important role in creating a welcoming, professional, and reassuring environment for our patients.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has a genuine passion for cosmetic nursing and skin treatments
* Has previous experience in some cosmetic nursing or dermal therapies
* Previous Dermoscopy skills or the willingness to learn Dermoscopy
* Values patient education and helping people feel confident in their skin
* Brings warmth, empathy, and professionalism to every interaction
* Enjoys working as part of a collaborative and supportive team
* Has strong attention to detail and clinical standards
* Holds current Enrolled or Registered Nursing qualifications
* Has current police clearance

Depending on your experience, you may provide:
* Laser skin treatments
* Anti-wrinkle treatments
* Microneedling
* Chemical peels
* Skin consultations and personalised treatment plans
* Ongoing skin health education and support
Treatment Room
* Assisting clinicians with skin procedures
* Wound care and suture removal
* Sterilisation and clinical support
* Accurate documentation of patient care
* Skin cancer education and support
* Dermoscopy skills a definite advantage
