Our two-year Graduate Development Program is designed to give you a smooth start to your consulting career. Alongside your peers, managers and mentors, we’ll help you detangle any challenges along the way. We’re looking for graduates or soon-to-be graduates in Archaeology, Anthropology or Cultural Heritage Management (or similar discipline) to join our Northern NSW Environmental Approvals, Air & Noise teams in Newcastle.
- You'll assist in providing heritage advice and supporting heritage approvals processes for a diverse range of projects.
- Investigate and report on a wide range of heritage matters, including statutory approvals through fieldwork and reporting.
- Assist the team in building and maintaining robust relationships with clients, and consultation with Traditional Owners, internal specialists, sub-contractors, government departments and agencies, local councils and research bodies.
- Along the way, you’ll get a broad look at the many career pathways available at GHD.
- In your first year, we’ll focus on the fundamentals of consulting to help you find your rhythm in the industry.
- By year two, you’ll have the flexibility to shape your development, whether that’s deeper technical development or mentorship insights.
