About The Position
The Marketing Specialist will support the development, implementation and evaluation of marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement and business growth. This role will have a strong focus on digital marketing including content creation, campaign management analytics and the optimisation of online channels.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
* Coordinate campaign timelines and resources to ensure delivery within scope.
* Manage day to day digital marketing activities, including website updates, social media scheduling, paid advertising and email market campaigns.
* Implement best practice to enhance search rankings and improve organic traffic.
* Use web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) to monitor traffic, behaviour and engagement, reporting insights to management.
* Develop engaging content tailored to target audiences, including blog posts, newsletters, web copy, case studies, and campaign collateral.
* Ensure all content adhere to brand voice, tone and corporate identity guidelines.
* Ensure all marketing and advertising materials comply with ADI regulatory requirements and MOVE Bank's Financial Product Advertising Manual.
About You
* Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related discipline.
* Minimum 2-3 years' experience in marketing, with demonstrated success in digital marketing campaigns.
* Experience managing social media platforms, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising campaigns.
* Graphic design or video editing skills using tool such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suit.
* Experience in banking, financial services or another regulated industry (desirable).
