Job Title: Technical Facilities Manager
Description:
This role is pivotal in supporting building performance and critical infrastructure upgrades while ensuring strong client and stakeholder engagement.
The ideal candidate will be a solutions-oriented leader with technical FM experience that is able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be confident in navigating high-compliance environments and managing national support functions efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver strategic asset maintenance and compliance programs
* Provide national technical support to Facilities Managers
* Analyse asset data and recommend lifecycle improvements
* Lead subcontractor engagement and vendor compliance
* Drive risk mitigation, safety, and statutory compliance
Requirements:
* Trade qualification (Engineer/Mechanical/Electrical) with post-trade qualifications
* Strong background in building services, technical FM and compliance
* Facilities Management qualifications
* Experience managing subcontractors and vendor relationships
* Proficient in CMMS and Microsoft Office applications
* Security clearances will be sought and are a requirement of the role
