* Full time fixed term contract until 30 June 2026
* ASO3 salary range $67,589 - $72,033 p.a. + super
* Based at Light Square campus / Kaurna Country
The Opportunity
The Teaching and Learning Support Officer works as part of the Teaching and Learning team to support the administration of Teaching and Learning projects through the provision of administrative, operational, and logistical support. Tasks include organising meetings, travel, workshops, maintaining accurate records, drafting routine correspondence, briefings, agendas, minutes and document preparation.
What We're Looking For
* Knowledge of a range of general administrative procedures, policy and systems applicable to a government environment including records management and broad knowledge of TAFE SA's functions and activities.
* Experience in providing project and administrative support to team members, as well as support to affiliated working groups and/or communities of practice such as minute taking, meeting coordination and communications with key stakeholders.
* Experience in preparation of correspondence, minutes and intra-departmental documentation.
What You Need to Know
A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) issued by the South Australian Department of Human Services is required before employment.
