**Job Description**:
We're looking for a **Content Marketing Manager **to join our APAC Marketing team to own the content strategy across the region (currently Australia, Current Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines and Indonesia).
As a **Content Marketing Manager,** you will work closely with your colleagues in the APAC Marketing team, primarily Campaigns and Product Marketing, as well as global Content and Communications teams, and external vendors as required.
You will report directly to the Senior Director of Marketing, APAC. This full time position is a hybrid, hands-on role based in our Sydney office and requires in-office attendance at least 3 days a week. This is a 12 Month Maternity Leave Contract position and we are looking for someone to join our team immediately.
**What you'll do**:
- Work closely with APAC Campaigns and Product Marketing to build the Go-To-Market strategy; supporting and crafting positioning and messaging
- Develop and lead the APAC multi-channel, full-funnel content strategy that incorporates brand, demand, and SEO
- Deliver on marketing KPIs, and share results with the broader organisation via monthly reporting and weekly insights to demonstrate how your content impacts the business
- Conceptualise, then efficiently and effectively deliver high-quality content (either net-new, localised or repurposed) to support campaigns and the Procore APAC brand. All content formats including short and long form, video, case studies, etc
- Leading external vendor support by owning the budgeting, recruitment, enablement, and ongoing management of content and creative agencies and freelancers across APAC, as required
- Drive the APAC social media and PR agenda by liaising with Procore's global Social media and PR/Communications teams to manage the region's owned and earned media calendars, and drive advocacy through our sales and customer success teams.
**What we're looking for**:
- Bachelor's degree is preferred or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years of experience performing a Content Marketing role
- A explicit understanding of the entire content lifecycle and knowledge of how content formats adapt to different platforms and audiences
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- A "Get-Stuff-Done" attitude. Someone willing to roll up their sleeves and execute swiftly.
- Creatively minded. Construction is a challenging industry to be creative. Can you push the boundaries and bring life to industry topics?
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in brand/demand marketing, Audience Acquisition (SEO), customer voice marketing, social media marketing
- Knowledge of publishing tools, content management systems, marketing automation platforms, data analysis tools and design software
- Experience working in the SaaS/B2B/high-tech industry is advantageous.
- Knowledge of the construction industry is advantageous.
