Job Description
* Lead cost manager on a number of projects responsible for all deliverables and successful project outcomes. Responsibilities across pre-construction, procurement, and post contract activities.
* Leading delivery of a number of projects, lead point of contact for project stakeholders and client.
* Leading fee proposals.
* Involvement in business generation sessions, securing new opportunities.
* Management of T&T financials on project and commission management.
* Assisting, eventually leading, carbon calculation services.
Qualifications
* 5+ years experience as a cost manager and senior cost manager.
* Experience in pre contract and post contract deliverables.
* MRICS or MAIQS preferred.
* Experience in commercial developer and fit-out sectors preferred.
