About Us
Dante's Coffee Roasters is a family-owned coffee roasting business with over 25 years of history in Western Australia. We supply freshly roasted specialty coffee to cafés, restaurants, and hospitality venues across WA, with a strong focus on quality, consistency, and long-term relationships.
As our wholesale network continues to grow, we are looking for a Customer Support Specialist (Wholesale Coffee) to support our customers and work closely with our wholesale and account team.
About the Role
This role is ideal for someone who understands coffee, enjoys working with hospitality customers, and values relationship building over hard sales.
You will play a key support role in maintaining existing wholesale accounts and ensuring our customers receive excellent service, technical support, and clear communication.
This is not a cold sales role and does not carry aggressive sales KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
· Maintain and support existing café, restaurant, and hospitality customers
· Communicate with wholesale clients regarding orders, deliveries, and general enquiries
· Provide coffee-related support, including guidance on roast profiles, extraction, and bean selection
· Coordinate customer training, tastings (cuppings), and menu or equipment support where required
· Assist with order follow-ups, quality feedback, and customer concerns
· Work closely with the Account Management and Production teams to ensure smooth operations
· Support customer relationships through regular communication and occasional site visits (not heavy field work)
About You
· Background in coffee or hospitality (barista, roastery, café management, or similar)
· Solid understanding of coffee fundamentals (roast levels, extraction, flavour profiles)
· Strong communication and customer service skills
· Organised, reliable, and comfortable coordinating between teams
· Relationship-focused mindset with a genuine interest in supporting customers
· Sales experience is not essential
