Hotel Service Support Role
We are seeking individuals to provide exceptional support in our aged care home, assisting residents with their daily needs and enhancing their quality of life.
The ideal candidate will be compassionate, empathetic and able to work effectively in a team environment. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in similar roles or in community care is highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide hotel service support to residents, including catering, cleaning and laundry services.
* Assist residents with their daily needs, promoting independence and dignity.
* Work effectively in a team environment, communicating with colleagues and management as needed.
Requirements
* A Certificate II in Hospitality or an equivalent qualification.
* Previous experience in similar roles or in community care.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
