This role is perfect for someone who loves administration and getting into the detail – reviewing field photos and data, quality checking activations, and turning information into insights that solve problems and create opportunities for our clients.

What you’ll be doing
- Review and analyse field data through our platform (Storetrack), spotting trends and turning insights into smart recommendations.
- Support our merchandising team across Australia, by creating briefs and supporting resources to help our field team delivery flawlessly in-store.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure activations are delivered on time and on point.
- Build strong client relationships, providing updates, reports, and problem-solving solutions.
- Always asking, ‘Surely there’s a quicker, smarter way to do this?’ You’ll think creatively and challenge the status quo to make our processes even better.
What we’re looking for
- Strong Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, data analysis).
- Experience in FMCG, retail, or a client-facing role.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Clear & confident communication (written and verbal).
- A curious mindset – you love digging into data, asking questions, and finding better ways.
