Role Overview
The Territory Manager, Surgical Wounds Hospital will drive growth and acceleration of Advanced Wound Management products in the hospital channel. This role will cover hospital accounts in VIC region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve sales growth, market share, and focus products within assigned territory.
* Develop opportunities and key account management plans for selected products reviewed quarterly.
* Ensure accurate actions to maximize return on investment.
* Have a working knowledge of Marketing and Hospital Channel Strategy as it relates to designated product group.
* Utilize Challenger Methodology to maximize customer's sales experience.
* Collaborate with other staff where overlap of territory responsibilities exists.
Requirements:
* Formal education in Business or relevant medical field.
* Prior sales experience within healthcare industry is essential.
* In-depth knowledge of healthcare industry in Australia and/or New Zealand, solid understanding of wound care or related area.
* Shown success selling into hospitals.
