**Accountabilities include**: - Provide high-level advice and expertise to the Director (Program Funding and Analysis) in the strategic management of QTRIP through the critical analysis of complex issues and development of policies, guidelines, submissions, briefs and recommendations. Lead and manage the annual development, publication and approval of the four-year QTRIP in collaboration with a broad range of stakeholders, taking a customer-focussed approach. Proactively review infrastructure program management policies, processes, procedures and systems; and seek to implement business improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency of QTRIP development and ongoing management. Contribute to the development of TMR and whole-of-government policies, strategies and plans; and maintain effective relationships across TMR and with other government agencies related to transport infrastructure programs. Undertake the role of Investment Program Manager (Operations) for CPIP, overseeing delivery of the program management functions and proactively monitor overall progress of the investment program. In addition, directly support the Investment Program Manager (Strategy) to develop and embed strategy, governance and prioritisation tools for CPIP. Respond to ad hoc requests from stakeholders in relation to QTRIP, and provide advice to non-technical audiences. Represent the Branch and Division in meetings, working groups and on committees, and influence outcomes and decisions where possible. Actively participate in performance conversations to build and support a culture of performance improvement.This position reports to Director (Program Funding and Analysis) and has two direct reports.**TMR is currently considering the implementation of a mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy whereby it would be a condition of employment for TMR employees to be and remain fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
