About the Role
We are looking for a creative and confident Accredited Exercise Physiologist to support our clients living with neurological conditions such as Stroke, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, MS, MND, PD, cerebral palsy, intellectual disability, and other neurological conditions. Clients primarily have a neurology component as their primary disability.
Responsibilities
* Deliver EP services of the highest quality within custom built clinics and in the community.
* Coordinate with clients to negotiate working hours, offering excellent flexibility.
* Provide support and supervision to early-career EPs through dedicated senior therapist and EP support programs.
* Access and use multidisciplinary resources, travel to client sites, and manage caseload to meet client needs.
Qualifications
* Current registration with ESSA as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist.
* Valid driver's licence – Melbourne travel required.
* Internet access.
* Successful completion of Police Check, Working With Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screen Check.
* Up-to-date COVID‐19 vaccination (3 doses).
Desirable Experience
* Experience working with compensable/NDIS clients.
* Experience with a neurological population.
