Our team is seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse. This individual will work with patients to identify their needs, create personalized care plans, and implement treatments according to doctor’s orders. They must be able to document progress effectively.
In an outpatient setting they often perform tasks like taking vital signs charting medications administering injections or physical therapy exercises helping patients learn self-care skills handling emergency situations making referrals establishing communication channels providing emotional support assisting patients during medical procedures this role also entails coordination with doctors specialists&other health professionals ensuring that each person receives appropriate preventive curative palliative supportive rehabilitation management.
