About the Role
As Deputy Managing Director of Defence Force Recruiting, you will collaborate with top-tier partners, lead exceptional teams, and make a tangible difference to Australia's future.
* Develop and implement Defence Force Recruiting's strategic vision.
* Lead high-performing teams across recruitment, innovation, health services, and national operations.
* Foster strong relationships with the Australian Defence Force and government stakeholders.
* Buil a unified, purpose-led 'One Team' committed to delivering 100% recruitment outcomes within 100 days.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the creation and execution of Defence Force Recruiting's strategic plan to drive success for Adecco and the ADF.
* Align integrated and contracted teams to DFR objectives, fostering collaboration across Adecco, ADF, and subcontractors.
* Maintain deep understanding of ADF future priorities to align strategy and workforce planning for 100% target achievement.
* Ensure contractual compliance, operational excellence, and financial performance across DFR.
