Must have experience in hospitality/fast food/restaurants.
Minimum 2 years experience as a Venue Manager.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Staff cost budget
- Observe and control store staff productivity
- Evaluate store staff and team performance
- Day to day operations of the stores, plus long-term plans
- Ensure staff adherence to operational standards and guidelines
- Review processes
- Set COGS budget
- Assign necessary training
- Health and safety records and quality control
**Salary**: From $75,000.00 per year
