People and Culture Officer at Bass Coast Shire Council

* Part-time opportunity | 0.6FTE, 22.8 hours per week
* Fixed-term contract until 1 May 2026 | Wonthaggi | Hybrid and flexible working arrangements available

ABOUT THE ROLE:

In this varied and challenging role you will assist the Property team with a variety of administration tasks. The key responsibilities of this role are to effectively administer duties associated with delivery of property management services such as invoicing, records management, maintaining databases and correspondence.

You will be required to support the Property team in its management of purchasing, sales, leases, licences and agreements and participate in business planning, bench marking and review of activities and processes.

You will be a highly motivated, enthusiastic and well organised individual with substantial experience in administration and excellent customer service skills. If you are a team player with high attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
