Your daily tasks will include:Evaluating, developing, and delivering evidence-based support plansCreating meaningful goals and practical strategies using a positive behaviour support framework, with a commitment to eliminating restrictive practicesBuilding the knowledge, capacity, and strengths of those supporting participants, such as family, carers, and friendsCollaborating within a multidisciplinary teamAbout YouTo succeed, you will have:A degree qualification as an allied health professional (e.g., OT, Speech, Social Work) is preferredExperience in creating, implementing, and reviewing behaviour support plansCore, Proficient, Advanced, or Specialist status as an NDIS Behaviour Support PractitionerWhat’s in it for you?We support you as you support others!
