KOJO seeks a full, time permanent Senior Account Manager for our Sport services in Perth, based at Optus Stadium. About the role.This is a key role in our small, tight knit Perth-based team focused on 3 key areas: key account management, team leadership, and driving the growth of KOJO's business in WA. As the key client relationship manager for KOJO's VenuesLive Meetings and Special Events (MASE) account, you'll cultivate strong client connections, ensuring seamless planning, communication, and world-class delivery. Ultimately, we see this role as critical to expanding our collaboration with the MASE team and becoming their trusted events partner.This role oversees VenuesLive & MASE requirements, including day-to-day Stadium bookings, scheduling, financial (budgets/quoting), crewing, operational and technical tasks. It entails managing IPTV content for MASE, with support from our Stadium-based Technical and Content Teams. You'll lead a team of KOJO staff and contractors across multiple specialties, excel in mentoring and cultivate a positive, collaborative work environment. Your responsibilities include ensuring clear roles, regular communication, structured growth paths, and proactively identifying team expansion needs aligned with financial and strategic goals.You'll oversee an internal reporting process for KOJO Sport Management, providing current and pertinent information on client relationships, financial status, growth opportunities, and raising any risks or concerns and you'll collaborate with the local Client Partner, Head of Growth, and Head of Delivery to develop and expand relationships in Perth, contributing to the growth of our client base in WA. This role involves non-traditional hours, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays. Flexible and transparent schedules are managed on a rolling basis, considering event timings and stadium requirements for rostered days off.About you.You're a customer-focused people leader with demonstrated mid-to -senior level experience in managing and growing client accounts and people, ideally in a live events, event planning and/or live sports presentation setting.
