About the role:
The Demand Planner is responsible for managing end-to-end demand forecasting and supply planning to ensure optimal stock availability across all channels.
* Partner closely with global Sales, Operations and Finance teams.
* Build and manage demand forecasts across core, promotional, and new product ranges.
* Translate demand into supply and production plans aligned to inventory targets.
* Perform regular backend checks and system reconciliations.
* Support launches, promotions, and Shopify sales events with accurate planning.
* Manage inventory adjustments, discontinued SKUs, excess and damaged stock.
* Conduct post-sale and performance analysis to inform future forecasts.
About you:
The successful candidate will have a full understanding of forecasting, analysis, and product performance indicators to optimize stock availability across all channels.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record, and a strong skill set, including:
* 5+ years relevant experience in demand planning
* Experience in supply planning, inventory, or operations would be of benefit
* Background in retail, fashion, beauty, or e-commerce preferred
* Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data and forecasts
* Advanced Excel skills
* Shopify experience beneficial
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and strong communication skills
