Fed up with back-to-back appointments and mountains of admin?
We get it. That's why we do things differently at Bravo Allied Health.
You'll work one-on-one with neurodivergent kids and young people in their actual world - their homes, schools, and local community. Proper therapy, in real-world environments, brings about genuine change.
What's in it for you?
The money bit:
* $90k-$110k base + performance bonuses that are actually achievable
* Study allowances, and we'll cover your travel costs
* Flexible working from home (when it makes sense)
The interesting stuff:
* Caseloads designed around what you're good at and enjoy
* Animal-assisted therapy training available
* Build your expertise, including trauma-informed practice and sensory modulation.
The support:
* Regular supervision that's actually helpful
* Peer mentoring with experienced therapists
* Team breakfast meetings every fortnight (we cook proper food)
The realistic expectations:
